1.    General Return Conditions
The customer has the right to return purchased Perles electric hand tools within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns are possible only under the following conditions:

• The product has not been used or has been minimally used and shows no signs of wear or damage.
• The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and the original receipt.
• For online purchases, the return must be announced in advance via email or phone.

2.    Return Process

• The customer must complete a return form, which is provided at the time of purchase or can be downloaded from the website.
• The product must be sent to the seller's address or personally delivered to the store.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless an incorrect or damaged product was delivered.

3.    Inspection and Approval of Return

• Upon receiving the returned product, the seller will conduct an inspection.
• If the product meets all return conditions, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
• If the product does not meet the return conditions, the customer will be informed and offered the option to reclaim the product.

4.    Exceptions to Return

• Custom-made products or products that have been modified according to the customer's specifications are not eligible for return.
• Products that are visibly damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return or full refund.
